Streaks, kept honestly.
The habit tracker is small on purpose. Name, cadence, streak, done. Nothing else.
Create a habit
Go to Habits view (⌘4), press N. Name, cadence (daily / weekly / custom), and optional target — for example "30 minutes" or "3×/week."
Check off
Click the dot for today, or press Space on the row. Streaks compute automatically.
Agent nudges, not notifications
Your agent can check your habits via mcp:list_habits_today and include them in the morning briefing. No push notifications, no red badges. If something matters enough to track, your agent will surface it.
Recovery
Miss a day and the streak doesn't reset to zero — it shows as broken but your best streak is preserved. If life happened and you want to freeze a day (sickness, travel), right-click the dot → Freeze.
Year view
Press Y in Habits to see a twelve-month heatmap per habit. Useful at retrospectives, honest about reality.
