Email [email protected] with questions about the desktop app, the web and mobile apps, Qalatra Cloud, or your account and billing.

Bugs and feature requests for the open-source app are also welcome on GitHub. Please report security issues privately to [email protected].

Getting started with the mobile app

The Qalatra apps for iPhone, iPad and Android connect to a Qalatra server you already have: your own computer running Qalatra, a machine you host, or a Qalatra Cloud server.

  1. Sign in with your Qalatra account email and password.
  2. Enter your server’s URL and an access token. In Qalatra Desktop, select the server and open Settings → Instances → Access Tokens to create one. For a Qalatra Cloud server, use the Server URL and Access token from the server’s connection credentials in your account.
  3. Tap Connect server. The connection is saved on that device.

If the app says a hosted-app seat is required, ask your organization’s owner to assign you access from the Team page.

Deleting your account

To delete your Qalatra account and its data, email [email protected] from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm the request by replying to that address, then delete your account, your organization memberships, and any Qalatra Cloud servers you own along with the data on them, within 30 days.

Cancel any active subscription first so you are not billed again. Billing records may be kept where the law requires it for tax or accounting. Data on servers you run yourself stays on those servers, under your control.
