The four views

One database, four angles.

Qalatra gives you four persistent views over the same task database. Switch with ⌘1 – ⌘4. Your selection and scroll position persist per-view.

Priority ⌘1

Today's focus. Sorted by the priority score. Reminders at the top, then Work, Personal, Learning. This is the view you'll live in 80% of the time.

Project ⌘2

Grouped by project, then sorted by priority within. Good for deep-work sessions where you want to see everything for one project at once.

Backlog ⌘3

Everything, including completed and cancelled. Fast full-text search at the top. This is where archeology happens.

Habits ⌘4

Habit tracker with weekly and yearly views. Separate from tasks because habits have different rhythms.

Filters

Any view accepts live filters. Press F to open the filter bar:

Shows work-context p1 tasks that are overdue. Filter state is per-view and persists.
